GIVE ME GLUTES CLASSES
After spending 17months testing, trialing and successfully building my glutes for functional and aesthetic purposes I am now bringing you two specific glute classes on a Wednesday and Thursday evening.

Having strong and functional glutes has so many benefits.
- avoiding/preventing knee pain
- releasing of lower pack pain
- prevention of lower back injuries
- strengthening of hips
and of course having strong glute muscles gives them shape and lift.
